Community Guidelines

Findoo works because people trust what they read here. These guidelines keep listings and reviews accurate, honest, and useful for everyone in Pakistan. By using Findoo, you agree to follow them. They apply alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Who Can List
You may list a real, operating business, digital brand, or app that you own or are authorised to represent. One listing should represent one genuine business. Do not create duplicate, fake, placeholder, or misleading listings.
2. Keep Information Accurate
Provide truthful, current details — name, category, location, contact information, hours, and services. Do not impersonate another business or use a name, logo, or brand you have no right to use. Keep your listing up to date as things change.
3. Prohibited Content
Do not post content that is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive; adult or sexually explicit; hateful, harassing, or threatening; violent or dangerous; or that promotes scams, counterfeit goods, or prohibited products and services. Spam, keyword stuffing, irrelevant content, and misleading claims are not allowed.
4. Review Integrity
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine first-hand experience. Do not post fake reviews, reviews of your own business, reviews traded or paid for, or coordinated review campaigns. Do not post defamatory, abusive, or off-topic content. Every review is screened by AI for spam and abuse and confirmed by a human moderator (see our Terms, section 3).
5. Images
Upload only images you own or have permission to use, and that genuinely represent the business. No stolen, watermarked-by-others, offensive, or irrelevant images. Findoo may watermark images for display.
6. Respecting Others
Treat business owners, customers, and our team with respect. Do not use Findoo to harass, threaten, defame, or expose the private information of any person or business.
7. Enforcement
Findoo may edit, hide, or remove any content, and may suspend or terminate any account or listing that violates these guidelines — with or without notice. Serious or repeated violations, and fraudulent ownership claims, may be referred to the relevant authorities.
8. Reporting a Problem
If you see a listing or review that breaks these guidelines, use the report option on the listing or email us at hello@findoo.pk. We review every report.
