Delete your Findoo account

This applies to your account on findoo.pk and in the Findoo app on Google Play — it's one account.

Delete it yourself

  1. Sign in on the website or in the app.
  2. Open Dashboard → Profile.
  3. At the bottom of the page, choose Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. This can't be undone.

Can't sign in?

Email hello@findoo.pk from the email address on your account (or tell us the WhatsApp number you signed up with) with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. We check that the account is yours and delete it within 5 business days.

What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details (email or WhatsApp number, password)
  • Your profile: name, username and profile photo
  • Your reviews, the photos on them, and your "helpful" votes
  • Your saved businesses and your notifications
  • Your business claims, your ads, and your plan and ad payment records with their payment screenshots

What is kept

  • Business listings you added. A listing is public business information, so it stays on Findoo without your name attached. To remove the listing itself, delete it (or ask us to) before you delete your account.
  • Reports you sent about listings or reviews — kept without your name, so our team can finish checking them.
  • Security logs of requests to our servers, which are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Findoo staff accounts can't be deleted this way — ask an administrator. More about your data in our Privacy Policy.
