1. Acceptance
By using Findoo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Listing Submissions
All submitted listings must represent real, operating businesses in Pakistan. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings will result in permanent account suspension. Findoo reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.
3. Reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine first-hand experiences. Fake reviews, reviews submitted by business owners about their own business, and defamatory content are strictly prohibited and will be removed.
4. Paid Tiers
Paid listing tiers (Featured, Sponsored, Claimed Pro) are activated upon manual payment verification. Tiers are active for 30 days from activation. Refunds are not available once a tier has been activated. Findoo reserves the right to terminate paid tiers without refund if the associated listing violates these terms.
5. Business Ownership Claims
Only the actual owner or authorized representative of a business may submit an ownership claim. Fraudulent claims will result in account suspension and may be referred to legal authorities.
6. Intellectual Property
Images submitted to Findoo are watermarked and used to display your business. You retain ownership of your images. By submitting, you grant Findoo a non-exclusive license to display them on the platform.
7. User-Generated Content & AI-Assisted Content
You are solely responsible for the listings, descriptions, images, reviews, and other content you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it. Findoo offers AI tools that draft descriptions and summarise reviews; AI-generated text is a starting point that you review, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of any content you publish. AI output may contain errors and should be checked before you rely on it. Findoo may remove any content at its discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Findoo is a directory platform provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, legality, safety, or conduct of any listed business, nor for any dealings, transactions, or disputes between users and businesses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Findoo and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Findoo, its owners, and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the content you submit, your use of the platform, or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.
10. No Agency Relationship
Listing a business on Findoo does not create any partnership, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between you and Findoo. Findoo does not endorse, verify beyond basic moderation, or guarantee any listed business.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
Findoo may suspend or terminate any account or listing, with or without notice, for violations of these terms, fraudulent or abusive activity, or where required by law. You may stop using Findoo at any time; certain provisions (including intellectual property, liability, and indemnification) survive termination.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from or relating to Findoo or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
13. Changes to Terms
Findoo may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
