Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans and advertising purchases made on Findoo (findoo.pk). By making a payment, you agree to this policy. We are committed to being fair and transparent about how we handle refund requests.

2. Subscription Plans

All subscription payments (Basic, Professional, Business Pro) are non-refundable once the plan has been verified and activated. This is because plan benefits — including increased listing limits, photo quotas, and premium placement — take effect immediately upon activation. If your payment was uploaded but not yet verified by our team, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours by contacting hello@findoo.pk.

3. Advertising Payments

Banner ad and sponsored listing payments are non-refundable once the campaign has been reviewed and activated. If a campaign has not yet started (i.e., the start date is in the future and activation is pending), you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of payment submission. Refunds are not available for ads that have already begun serving impressions.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, including: (a) duplicate payments caused by a technical error on our platform; (b) payment verified but plan never activated due to our error; (c) significant platform downtime (>48 hours) during a paid plan period. In these cases, we may offer a full or partial refund, or a plan extension at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@findoo.pk with subject line "Refund Request" and include: your registered email address, the payment date and amount, a description of the issue, and your JazzCash/EasyPaisa transaction ID or bank reference. We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer). Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

7. Plan Downgrades & Cancellations

You may cancel or downgrade your plan at any time from Dashboard → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are issued for unused days. Your listing will revert to Free tier limits at expiry.
