Al Quran with Tafseer is a digital Quranic application developed by the IT department of Dawateislami. Created for Android devices, this app provides a comprehensive platform for users who want to study, recite, and comprehend the holy text on their mobile phones. It includes the complete Quranic text in Arabic, accompanied by two recognized Urdu translations, namely Kanz-ul-Imaan and Kanz-ul-Irfan. For a more profound comprehension of the verses, users can access the Seerat-ul-Jinan commentary written by Mufti Muhammad Qasim Attari. The application also offers audio recitations by four different reciters, catering to those who prefer listening to the scriptures.

To facilitate structured study, the app includes several practical tools. Users can read introductory details about each Surah, explaining its virtues and background. A built-in search functionality allows users to look up specific words in the Arabic script or search for terms within the Urdu translations and commentaries. The app automatically tracks the user's reading progress, allowing them to resume from their last page. Users can also create custom bookmarks, back them up to Google Drive, or share them on social media. Navigating the text is made easy with a direct jump feature that links to specific chapters and verses. Additionally, individual verses, along with their translation and Tafseer, can be exported and shared as HTML files via messaging platforms like WhatsApp. The application is available for download on Google Play.
