Grub Shack was founded in the kitchen in 2019 by our founder Abbas Raza Khan, an avid food enthusiast who believed a burger should hit hard every single time.

What started as one man obsessing over the perfect smash — 80/20 beef, a screaming-hot griddle, and a crust worth chasing — has grown into three branches across Lahore and Faisalabad, feeding the city one smash at a time.

Every patty, every sauce, every order still runs on that same idea: *grab your grub, done right, no shortcuts.
